I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! the welcome drink was a lovely touch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local attractions. the outdoor pool area was fantastic for lounging, and the garden views during sunset were absolutely stunning. It was also great that breakfast was delivered to our room—way easier for busy mornings! Plus, the location was spot on for exploring the Central Coast, making every adventure hassle-free.
It took a while to get settled, especially since there was a BMW parked in a spot that made things tricky upon arrival in the rain. a bit more attention to the water pressure in the showers would be appreciated, as it was pretty inconsistent.

Went to HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY spots nearby. Room was rad, cool pool vibes. No boring moments at all. Will defo return!
Wish they had a sick game room for us teens to hang out and play all night!

Early check-in, parking on site. Good and amazing meals. Location just off the beach or shops with a variety of take away shops and Bateau Bay shopping and Erina Fair.

The restaurant here was modest with very helpful and friendly staff, we both ordered amazing dishes. The location was good - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a shopping mall and boutiques.

The location here was perfect for us as we had a function nearby at Gracelands. The pool looked spectacular, although it was too cold to swim. The grounds were well-maintained and added to the overall appeal of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us a late check-out which was very much appreciated.
The hotel's proximity to a busy road made it quite noisy at times.
